Returns and refunds

If you're not happy with your animalia kingdom cards. You can request a return within seven days of receiving them. The only thing you will have to pay is shipping back to us. After we receive the cards back, we will issue you your refund.

If the product was never received by the customer because of getting lost in shipment or other valid reasons, a refund will be issued in full after it has been verified through tracking number that the shipment is lost.
